Steps
Click the user avatar → select Manage Workspace.
Navigate to Organizations → select your organization.
Open Access Management → Permission Sets.
Click Create Permission Set and add a name and description.
Select the required permissions across Applications, Modules, and Entities, then save.
Managing Permission Sets
View all Permission Sets defined within the organization.
Edit Permission Sets to add or remove permissions.
Reuse the same Permission Set across multiple roles.
Review which roles are currently using a Permission Set.
Update permissions centrally without modifying users or groups directly.
Any update to a Permission Set automatically affects all roles and users that inherit it.
Best Practices
Keep Permission Sets focused and reusable.
Avoid combining unrelated permissions into a single set.
Use clear, functional naming conventions.
Review Permission Sets periodically to remove unused permissions.
Validate changes before applying them broadly in production environments.
