Jira integration brings your product development work directly into cortx. You can import epics, features, and user stories, sync updates bi-directionally, and auto-generate BRDs from chats to push into Jira.

How to Set Up
- Navigate to Integrations in the left navigation bar (or) Click the three-dot menu in the conversational workspace and select Integrations.
- In the project management tab. enable JIRA.
- A setup screen will appear with 3 required fields:
- Jira Domain Name
- Email ID
- Access Token (from your Jira Account)
- Click Connect
- Select the Jira project you want to import and click Import.
Sync will be established between Jira and your cortx workspace.
