How to Set Up

  • Navigate to Integrations in the left navigation bar (or) Click the three-dot menu in the conversational workspace and select Integrations.
  • In the Communication tab. enable Outlook.
  • Authenticate via the Outlook login screen
  • Once logged in, your Outlook account will be connected to cortx.
